Contracting Entity Date

1.1 These Terms are between you (the “User”) and ClubCash Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (Company No. 12345678), with its registered office at 123 Innovation Drive, London, SW1A 1AA, United Kingdom.

1.2 These Terms are effective from 10 September 2026 and apply to all users of the ClubCash platform and services.

Definitions

2.1 In these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

“ClubCash”

means ClubCash Ltd, the operator of the platform.

“User”

means any registered customer.

“Merchant”

means an approved business accepting ClubCash payments.

“Club”

means an approved organisation offering memberships.

“EURC”

means the supported regulated stablecoin where available.

“Wallet”

means the digital wallet provided through the Services (via third-party provider, e.g. Crossmint).

2.2 Any other terms used in these Terms have the meaning set out in the context in which they appear.

Eligibility and Account

3.1 You must meet the age, legal capacity and jurisdiction requirements to use the Services.

3.2 ClubCash may refuse or terminate accounts where permitted by law.

3.3 You must provide accurate information, keep your details up to date and protect your login credentials. Accounts are personal unless expressly authorised.

Membership Platform Services

4.1 ClubCash provides a membership platform, payment processing and related services to connect users, clubs, merchants and organisations. Specific features may vary by country or jurisdiction.

Identity Verification (KYC/AML)

5.1 ClubCash may verify your identity, source of funds, sanctions status and beneficial ownership. Transactions may be delayed, rejected or reported where required by law.

Wallet & Provider Architecture

6.1 ClubCash does not hold customer funds or control private keys. Wallets are provided by a third-party provider (e.g. Crossmint) and you control your wallet and keys, subject to the provider's terms.

6.2 ClubCash acts as a platform to integrate the membership and payment workflow. Availability of wallet services may vary by jurisdiction.

EURC + Blockchain Risks

7.1 EURC transfers are available to supported users and merchants where enabled.

7.2 Blockchain settlement times may vary and transactions are generally irreversible except where required by law.

7.3 EURC is a regulated stablecoin and may be subject to depeg, redemption and regulatory risks. You should understand these risks before using the service.

Funding / On-Ramp

8.1 Funding methods depend on supported banking partners and regulatory requirements. Additional verification may be requested.

8.2 Fees and limits for on-ramp services are set out in the Pricing/Fees schedule and may change with notice.
